Outpatient Speech Therapy for Children in Greater Philadelphia
Expert help, without enrolling full-time
Sometimes what you need is simply the right therapist, a little time each week, and someone who truly understands your child. We offer part-time outpatient speech and occupational therapy for preschool and school-age children with mild to significant needs in communication, sensory, and motor development, delivered by the same highly trained therapists.

Our Outpatient Services
Individualized, play-based therapy for preschool and school-age children
Our outpatient services are designed for preschool and school-age children with mild to moderate needs in communication, sensory, and motor development. Whether your child is on a waitlist elsewhere, needs support alongside their current school, or you are simply looking for expert eyes, this is a lower-commitment way to work with our team. Every therapist here brings the same training and clinical experience that shape our full-day school, and every plan is built around your child’s own strengths, interests, and needs. It is the same expertise, offered by the hour.
Two ways we can help
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapists partner with children to build the everyday skills they need to take part fully at home, at school, and in their community. Support areas include:
- Fine and gross motor development
- Balance, strength, and coordination
- Sensory processing and regulation
- Executive functioning and attention
- Functional daily living skills
- Parent coaching to support progress at home
Depending on your child’s needs, therapists may draw on evidence-based approaches such as Therasuit, the Safe and Sound Protocol, Interactive Metronome, and DIR/Floortime to keep sessions engaging and effective.

Speech Therapy
Our speech-language pathologists provide individualized, play-based therapy, meeting each child where they are. Support areas include:
- Articulation and motor speech disorders, including childhood apraxia of speech
- Expressive and receptive language development
- Social language and pragmatic skills
- AAC support, including device use and implementation
- Neurodiversity-affirming intervention
- Parent coaching to support progress at home
Each treatment plan is tailored to your child’s unique needs, interests, and strengths, all in service of confident, effective communication, however your child chooses to communicate.
